FAQs

  • My coaching is remote and I use the software TrainingPeaks to program athletes’ workouts. I rely on communication via email and phone with my athletes to create the perfect training plan for them. I also give feedback in the comments section of logged workouts.

  • Not at all! I coach athletes of all levels, from complete beginners to world championship qualifiers.

  • My coaching is month-to-month. However, I ask for a 30-day notice if an athlete wants to take a break or stop.

  • Coaching is (and should be) a very individual experience. I always recommend deciding what your needs are as far as training, communication, and time commitment. That way when speaking with a potential coach, you can see if you two have the right chemistry and if your needs will be met.
