We all have technical flaws in our strokes, whether they be big or small. Getting instructions from a coach is helpful, but being able to see yourself swim and see your areas of improvement is extremely helpful. When you send me your videos, I will point out areas in your stroke that need improvement and drills to help you correct those flaws.
I ask that you send me a video of you swimming head-on and both side views. The best results will be from underwater footage but can be from above water as well. I ask that each video be between 10 to 20 seconds long.
After I have gone over the footage and done a voice-over, I send you the videos and will schedule a time for us to virtually meet. We will have a 30-minute call where you can ask any questions you may have.
At the end of this, you will have your videos to keep, and a PDF file with screenshots of points of weakness and drills to help you improve.
